We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized and custom items are final sale.
To initiate a return, reach out to us via our contact page with your order details.
Want to swap your item for something else? Contact us within 14 days and we'll help you out, subject to availability.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
